Lucas 1:35

And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Spirit shall come upon thee, and the power of the Most High shall overshadow thee: wherefore also the holy thing which is begotten shall be called the Son of God.

Respondeu-lhe o anjo: Virá sobre ti o Espírito Santo, e o poder do Altíssimo te cobrirá com a sua sombra; por isso o que há de nascer será chamado santo, Filho de Deus.

E, respondendo o anjo, disse-lhe: Descerá sobre ti o Espírito Santo, e a virtude do Altíssimo te cobrirá com a sua sombra; por isso também o Santo, que de ti há de nascer, será chamado Filho de Deus.

O anjo respondeu: "O Espírito Santo virá sobre você, e o poder do Altíssimo a cobrirá com a sua sombra. Assim, aquele que há de nascer será chamado santo, Filho de Deus.

Respondeu-lhe o anjo: O Espírito Santo virá sobre ti, e a virtude do Altíssimo te envolverá com a sua sombra; por isso o que há de nascer, será chamado santo, Filho de Deus.

Todos quantos ouviam falar no caso pensavam demoradamente e perguntavam: Quem virá a ser este menino no futuro? Porque, de facto, a mão do Senhor está sobre ele de maneira muito especial.
