Números 5:27

E, se a mulher não se tiver contaminado, mas for inocente, então será livre, e conceberá filhos.

Quando ele tiver feito que ela beba a água, sucederá que, se ela se tiver contaminado, e tiver pecado contra seu marido, a água, que traz consigo a maldição, entrará nela, tornando-se amarga; inchar-lhe-á o ventre e a coxa se lhe consumirá; e a mulher será por maldição no meio do seu povo.

E, havendo-lhe dado a beber aquela água, será que, se ela se tiver contaminado, e contra seu marido tiver transgredido, a água amaldiçoante entrará nela para amargura, e o seu ventre se inchará, e consumirá a sua coxa; e aquela mulher será por maldição no meio do seu povo.

Se ela houver se contaminado, sendo infiel ao seu marido, quando o sacerdote fizer que ela beba a água que traz maldição, essa água entrará nela e causará um amargo sofrimento; sua barriga inchará e ela, incapaz de ter filhos, se tornará objeto de maldição entre o seu povo.

Tendo feito que ela bebesse a água, se for contaminada, e tiver cometido uma transgressão contra seu marido, a água que traz consigo a maldição entrará nela, tornar-se-á amarga, inchará o seu ventre, e consumirá a sua coxa. A mulher será por maldição entre o seu povo.

And when he hath made her drink the water, then it shall come to pass, if she be defiled, and have committed a trespass against her husband, that the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her [and become] bitter, and her body shall swell, and her thigh shall fall away: and the woman shall be a curse among her people.
